The location was ideal, close enough to Maia's main attractions and the city center. Great value for the proximity to key areas in Maia. - Easily reached nearby restaurants like Tres Reis for meals.

Value for money
The hotel has a feel of 70s, it is like going back in time, cheap yellow long table in the room, 20years old TV with a small screen, rough bed, although everything is in a good condition. Sadly, there was no cable for the internet in the reception, so I had to go down the public area, to use WI fi

Situated very close to the main highway to Oporto and Airport connections. Has a metro stop 100 meters in front of the hotel, making day trips into Porto much easier.

Hotel used for stop over from porto airport and for spot of city sightseeing with port tasting thrown in. Hotel easy to find and great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Booked family room which consisted of 2 rooms 1 with large double and the other a pull out sofa ok for 2 children under 10 yrs and an ajoining large bathroom. Clean and tidy. Restaurant served good food. Would stay again.

Location for easy and fast access to the Sá Carneiro Airport.
The way the recepcionists presented themselves... it seemed that it was "dress down day" when we arrived... it didn't look very professional.

The spacious room and bathroom. (Only issues we experienced was that the bath/shower door and shower head were not well thought out, difficult not to flood the whole bathroom and that the tv channels are mostly Portuguese) Tea and coffee facilities in the room, would be so nice, such a small facility that could be easily rectified without much cost. A huge plus is the closeness of the metro station, easy access to Porto central and the airport! Front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and accomodating! Will definitely use this hotel again!

Went I arrived to check in, a member of staff mentioned they were fully booked and had to stay in other hotel of the same group in Oporto. As I refused to move, they managed to get me a bedroom (for 3 person), and it was very spacious. They should be more organised!

This is a modern hotel just a few kilometres from Oporto. Our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. There was no noise (up on the 8th floor). The staff were friendly and competent. The hotel is easy to find if you map out your route from the airport in advance. Several respondents mention how easy it is get to and from Oporto on the metro. This is confusing. It is not the metro but trams that run to and from the city.
It was difficult to get back onto the motorway the following day; possibly due to my incompetence or bad signage.

The leisure facilities could have been improved.

Good access to the airport. Free parking. Free Internet in the room (not wifi). Good size room - clean with plenty of working space. Reasonably quiet location although there was some airport noise but overall, not too bad.
Difficult to find on Sat Nav (You should use the coordinates supplied in the booking information). Pillows very hard and not that comfortable.
